RARE Easter Blue Turquoise (Nevada) 6.5-7mm Heishi Bead Strand, 15.5 inch Strand
This is an incredible find! I have never been able to get Easter Blue Beads before.
Located near the Royston mine in Lander County, Nevada, the Turquoise from this claim is also recognized as Blue Gem or Blue Mountain. The mine was discovered in 1907, by Lew Cirac. This mine has changed hands numerous times, and the color has ranged from the earliest finds of sky blue stone to later blue-greens with a dark brown matrix. This claim has not been mined for several years until recently when leased by a nerw miner.
